Folks get down in the sunshine. For the past three decades, the annual Lovethang Family Camp has been a family friendly gathering of party people, past and present, from across the country who for one weekend, reunite to share in the love, music, memories and positive vibes that we endure in our culture. This is not a rave. Please be mindful of the children and share the love. Everyone of you help make this happen year after year.

Friday - Party people roll in and set up camp. Join us later in the evening at the community fire behind pavilion for the Lovethang Campfire Sessions. Enjoy conversation and selections provided by hosts/guest djs on an intimate sound system by the fire. Wood donations appreciated.

Saturday - Music in pavilion starts 11am and gradually builds till 12am with professional sound system and lighted dancefloor hosted by Lovethang Boomin System dj's/live performances and extended family. Always the best selections in rare groove, disco-funk, hip-hop, jungle-dnb and house music throughout the day.

Pot Luck Style Community Dinner - At 6pm in the pavilion, there will be a large community table with eats and treats for everyone. We ask that everyone bring something to share. Please be mindful of any leftover food and containers. Everyone's help to clean up is needed and appreciated.

Sunday - We will have a small sound system with the help of tear-down and clean-up.

You will need to provide license plate number to identify those who have paid admission. They check plates throughout the weekend to ensure everyone has paid an admission price. Please respect the park policies.

We have a private section of the campground reserved in the back of the park with two designated camping areas divided by our pavilion.

Family Camp Area - For those families with little ones that need a little more quietness and no loud after-hours. Located to the left of the pavilion.

Party Camp Area - For those who like to stay up late. Located to the right of the pavilion.

Themed camps and decorations are encouraged. Decorate your campsite with your groups theme. Fly your freak flag!

Parking - You will not be allowed to park next to your campsite. We favor an arranged single file parking area off the access road that will make it easier and safer to move your car as needed.

Swimming - Pool hours are 10am-7pm. Once known as the world's largest swimming pool it has a gracious grade from 2 feet to 14 feet. A large kid section and a larger big kid section with dives, slides, a trampoline and a zip line. There is also a small concession stand and arcade. Please respect park rules.

Camp Office / Supplies - Located in the center of the park, the office has some necessity items including ice and wood. There is a small grocery in town if needed. You will be allowed to leave and return as needed once admission is paid. Restrooms, showers and laundry are a short walk.

Please remember this is a public campground with families camping throughout. Please no boomin systems after dark. Respect your neighbor and help keep area clean of litter.
